When you register for a course, contact support, or make a payment, The Metric Minds may collect:

• Full name, email, and phone number used for registration and contact.
• Order information: course purchased, transaction time, transaction ID/payment receipt.
• Information exchanged when you contact support (message content, emails).

The Metric Minds does not collect or store your payment card details, passwords, or OTP codes.

2. Purpose of use

The information collected is used to:

• Confirm orders and grant access to courses.
• Provide support, answer questions, and process refund requests (if any).
• Send notifications related to the course you registered for.

3. Who can access your information

Your personal information is only accessible to staff directly involved in order processing and learner support at The Metric Minds. The Metric Minds does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Storage and protection of information

Information is stored on systems with reasonable protective measures to limit unauthorized access, loss, or data leakage. Information is retained for as long as necessary to serve the purposes stated in Section 2, or as required by applicable law.

6. Payment and course access provisioning

After a successful payment, The Metric Minds will grant access to the corresponding course. Access provisioning may require a short processing time to confirm the transaction. If you have not received access after a reasonable time, please contact support with your transaction details for assistance.

7. Refund policy

You are entitled to a 100% refund of the tuition actually paid within 7 days from the time The Metric Minds notifies you of valid access provisioning, if you are not satisfied with the course.

To request a refund, please provide:

• Full name and registered email.
• The course purchased.
• Transaction ID/payment receipt.
• Refund receiving information.

Valid requests will be processed within 5–7 business days. After the refund is issued, access to the course will be terminated.
