1. Registration and account
You must provide accurate information so The Metric Minds can confirm your registration, grant access, and provide support.
Accounts are issued to registered learners. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and must not sell, rent, or share your course access with others without approval.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please notify us for assistance.
2. Scope of service
The content, access duration, prerequisites, and benefits of each course are determined by the information published at the time of registration.
Lecture viewing periods, support hours, and project review schedules may vary. Learners should check these details in the course description and registration confirmation.
For packages that include 1 month of support and 1:1 project review, the scope of support, how to book sessions, and the usage period are communicated when access is granted.
Purchasing one course does not automatically include other courses or unlimited access to all products.
3. Learner responsibilities
Learners are responsible for:
- Preparing the devices, network connection, and tools required for the course.
- Proactively studying, practicing, and providing necessary information when support is needed.
- Respecting mentors, teaching assistants, and fellow learners.
- Not submitting harassing, spam, fraudulent content, or content that infringes on others' rights.
- Not uploading personal data, confidential information, or third-party materials to the platform without the right to use them.
4. Course materials and usage rights
Videos, documents, exercises, designs, and course materials are protected under the rights of The Metric Minds or the respective owner.
Learners may use course materials within the scope of the course and download materials where permitted. Do not copy materials for resale, share access credentials, distribute internal answer keys, or re-upload lectures without permission.
You may showcase projects you completed in your portfolio according to the course guidelines. When making them public, clearly note any simulated data and resource sources if required, and do not attach materials with restricted access.
The Metric Minds does not automatically have the right to publicly use your work for promotional purposes without appropriate consent.
5. Use of DataPractice and DataLab
You may use the practice platforms according to the access granted and the instructions displayed on each platform.
You must not access other users' data, exceed your granted permissions, intentionally disrupt the system, or use resources for unauthorized activities.
Practice environments may have limits on storage, query runtime, and data retention periods. If a reset or data deletion is scheduled, The Metric Minds will notify you so you can back up any exportable work in advance.
6. Responsibilities of The Metric Minds
The Metric Minds is responsible for providing the content and benefits confirmed at registration, responding to support requests, and notifying learners of changes that directly affect their learning.
In the event of a service disruption or inability to deliver the service as committed, The Metric Minds will notify an appropriate resolution, which may include restoring access, adjusting the access period, or issuing a corresponding refund.
Courses support skill development; learning and hiring outcomes also depend on each learner's background, level of practice, and employer requirements. There is no guarantee of employment or income level unless separately agreed in writing.
7. Handling violations
When there are signs of a violation, The Metric Minds may request verification or temporarily restrict functionality necessary to protect the account and system.
Learners will be informed of the reason and given an opportunity to respond. Termination of access or handling of tuition fees will be considered based on the severity of the violation, the service already provided, and applicable regulations.
8. Refunds, complaints, and changes to these terms
Refund requests are handled according to the Privacy & Payment Policy.
If you have a complaint, please contact 0362 002 068 or send your information via the Contact page, along with relevant documentation, for review and response. Accepting a complaint does not limit your right to use other lawful dispute resolution methods.
Each update to these terms will state its effective date. Changes do not automatically reduce the benefits of a transaction already confirmed; changes affecting a transaction in progress will be communicated and handled according to the applicable agreement and regulations.
